1. Nature of Digital Goods & Technical Irreversibility

Unlike physical merchandise or tangible products that can be shipped back in original packaging, digital source code files are transmitted instantly upon payment confirmation. Once the customer downloads, accesses, or receives the source code package via repository access or direct download, the intellectual property is permanently in the customer's possession. Consequently, cancellations, returns, and refunds cannot be accommodated or processed under any circumstances whatsoever.

To ensure complete satisfaction before completing any payment via Razorpay, we strongly encourage all users to perform due diligence:

• Verify system requirements (such as PHP version, database configuration, and server extensions) to ensure compatibility with your hosting environment.

While refunds are permanently unavailable under all conditions, we stand fully behind the quality of our code. 4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment gateway dispute (via Razorpay, PayPal, or credit card issuer) after successfully purchasing and downloading digital source code constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. In the event of fraudulent dispute claims, we reserve the right to submit download logs, IP records, and access timestamps to the payment gateway authorities, permanently blacklist the user account, and terminate all associated license entitlements.
